Listen to Your Inner Man

I was at college with my husband and three preschoolers. Money was very tight. After I had done my fruit and vegetable shopping for one week, I had this overwhelming urge to visit a particular neighbour, who was also at college with preschoolers, and give her all my fruit and vegies that I had just bought for my family. I felt a little stupid but this thought was all consuming so tentatively I knocked on their door with a large box of goodies in my hand. "These are for you" I said as I handed them over to the lady. She had tears in her eyes and said to me, "My husband and I were just sitting at the table right now wondering how we were going to be able to afford to buy groceries this week".
